Week 7 Weigh In

Yesterday's Total Calorie Intake:  2295
(Exercise Calories:  664)
Total Net Calories:  1631

Monday morning - weigh in day.  Again, I wasn't sure what to expect - this week I was on a business trip and so there were 2 days where I ate way more than my target calories.  However, it was also the week with the most running mileage - and thus the most calories burned.

I guess that burning calories won out this week!

The scale said 162.5 - that's 1.5 pounds lost this week and 8.5 pounds lost in the seven weeks since January 1.  Only 2.5 more pounds to go until my initial goal...and 7.5 pounds left until my "stretch goal" of 155 pounds.
