More Plans Gone Awry

I was planning to do this weekend's 11 miler on the Rockville Millennium Trail with my sister. She is training to do the Parks Half Marathon in a few weeks and it would be a nice opportunity to go running with her.

Although I normally do my long runs on Saturday, she was free on Sunday so I decided to push the run out for one day and run with her.

I got a call this morning that she's under the weather and won't be able to run tomorrow :-(

I'm not sure if I'll run the same route tomorrow morning or not. And part of tonight will be spent trying to pick which music to put on the iPod for my run tomorrow. Oh well...
