To Run, Or Not To Run...

I'm feeling tired this evening and the thought of waking up at 5:15am to go and run tomorrow is just not resonating well with me. I'm definitely contemplating taking the day off. If I do, I'll still get over 20 miles in for the week (I have over 9 miles in and I have a 13 mile run scheduled for Saturday).

On the flip side, I have something like 5 conference calls tomorrow and I know that running in the morning helps me focus. I just wish there was a way to get more sleep and be able to run in the morning... (oh yeah, it's called going to bed at a reasonable time - which I'm not doing right now).
