Weigh In and Hill Workout

This morning was my 6 week weigh in. The scale showed 164.0 once again. I'm not too discouraged, however, since I'm still down 7 pounds in six weeks. Plus, I had some big eating days this past week...I'm thankful I didn't gain any weight!

I hit the gym this morning (it's really cold outside today - wind chills in the single digits) and I did a hill workout on the treadmill. I didn't go all out - this is still supposed to be one of my "easy" workouts of the week - and I did a good job recovering on the 0% incline portions of the run which followed the 1 min hills. My average heart rate was 146 bpm - that's lower than some of my "normal" runs!

I listened to Alabina - they're like the Gypsy Kings with Arabic thrown in. I know a bunch of these songs from Israeli Dancing, however, I originally listened to them in Hebrew - not Spanish and Arabic!
