I did it and there's no looking back now. I'm officially signed up for the Frederick Marathon on May 4.
I was originally not going to sign up until after I had a 15 mile run behind me, however, I had a change of heart this evening... I was going to sign up to run a half marathon in two weeks - the Annapolis Marathon/Half Marathon - and when I finally went to the site today to sign up, I saw the following message - "REGISTRATION IS CLOSED AS FIELD LIMIT HAS BEEN REACHED". GRRRRR....
I didn't want that to happen to me for the Frederick Marathon, so I decided it was time for me to sign up!

Hey Mike, I found your blog searching for local bloggers at Complete Runners Network.
If you're still looking for a half marathon to run before Frederick, you might want to check out the National Half on March 29. It's a bit pricey at $80, however.
